  • Our courses are presented from community spaces, hired venues and co-working spaces over Melbourne. You will receive an email prior to attending outlining all of the information required.

  • It runs for 4 hours with a small break at the halfway point.

  • The Help at Hand infant and child course have been designed to cover topics most relevant for babies and children aged 0-8 years of age.

  • The course is based on a min of 10 people at $145 head. Additional people are $145 per head.

  • Having a baby is such an exciting time. We suggest attending prior to having your baby so you can feel empowered and confident when your little one arrives!

  • We do not offer refunds for any of our courses. If for some reason you are no longer able to attend the course you have booked, please contact our customer service team at hello@helpathandeducation.com.au for assistance.

  • Our courses are nationally recognised and we deliver training and assessment on behalf of Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909.

    Upon successful completion you will receive your certificate.

    The exception is our Infant and Child First Aid course is Non- Accredited training which does not lead to a nationally recognised certificate.

COVID-19

Help at hand education has implemented strict policies and protocols around infection control to ensure all our participants are safe. All of our skilled staff is health care professionals with extensive knowledge on infection control and infection prevention.
